Like so many first responders from across the Metro, three members of the Roseville Police Department were immediately sent into action and worked in the rescue and recovery operations on August 1st. These three officers spent hours rescuing people trapped and injured. Injured motorists were removed from damaged cars, back boarded and then carried from the bridge deck, down rescue ladders and to the river bank.
