Stupid people should not be allowed to be candidates! I mean holy crap. I thought Tina Fey was exaggerating in her spoof of Palin but she was pretty right on it turns out. Putting political parties aside though, its really sad that Palin has the spotlight on her when America is so close to accepting the idea of Woman President someday soon. Having an air-head like Palin running for VP is gonna set us back like 10 years. People who were already anxious about ever voting a woman into the presidency are just gonna have their stereotypes strengthened by a ditz like Palin. I'm a republican. I voted for Bush for goodness sake! But i could never vote for Palin. As much as I disliked Hilary, I'm actually starting to miss her right about now.

This is McCain's Ace-in-the-hole? This is his secret weapon? Palin would be a national security risk. She is oblivious to US history or US current events. It's apparent she doesn't have a clue about the constitution and it's admendments nor any slight knowledge of any supreme court rulings. She can't name a national newspaper and this is the woman who will be a heart-beat away from the Presidency. Damn right, I'm scared. This is very scary!

I think this guy's certainly our Howard Beale of today. He's probably one of the best voices on the major networks or cable news (he seems to loathe the entire political class in this country).
