The latest chapter in this saga is the attempt by Obama’s campaign attorney to compel the Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate leaks to the news media about the FBI’s probe of allegations of voter registration fraud by ACORN. If as a candidate, this is Obama’s take on the viability of free speech (which is incidentally protected by the 1st Amendment), one only needs to wonder what his approach shall be if he ever becomes President.
