Movie time...
I was fairly excited about the new James Bond movie since Casino Royale was a success (even though action movies are my least favorite. But hell, it's James Bond). Yet after watching Quantum Of Solace, I was extremely disappointed.
The Bond girl didn't live up to the title and the plot was weak. Action, action, and more action. Too much action, not enough story.
Also, the Bond girl was supposed to be this new, exciting, tough, kick ass woman. Instead she was quite boring. To top it all off, the girl can't act. But hey, that's what they got since someone found her on a beach and she was pretty enough (she was a model).
Craig was good, as always. A bit serious though. I would like it if they added SOME kind of humor in the film. Like in previous Bond movies.

Oh well. They still got my $8.75. They still made some kind of profit.
But it does make me feel better that Curious Case of Benjamin Button is coming out in December! No guns blazin'. No cars driving off cliffs. Just something that touches the soul. Unique and different. A fantasy without the dragons and faeries.

By the way, the video is the new theme song for the film (played in the begining). Alicia Keyes and Jack White, Another Way To Die.
