Barack Obama, inexperienced as he is, with all his radical-left associations, his wanting to bankrupt the coal industry....is a dangerous gamble for America.

Obama is just too risky.

Jonathan Martin of Politico reports that the Pennsylvania GOP is running the following ad in the Key Stone state. Martin writes:McCain has refused to invoke Wright or allow his campaign to use the pastor in ads. A senior campaign aide said they knew nothing about the Pennsylvania party’s ad in advance. Officials with the state party didn’t respond to an e-mail.Martin, however, wants to blame McCain for the ad:McCain’s campaign is taking a hands-off approach, not disavowing the ad.Says campaign spokesman Peter Feldman.“John McCain’s position with regard to Reverend Wright is clear. He is not the referee of every political ad in this election.”Of course, McCain is the leader of the leader the GOP, and could urge a state party to not air such an ad.Of course Martin is upset because this ad is accurate. This ad is fundamentally about judgment. Obama chose a racist pastor and stayed with him for 20 years; that’s bad judgment. Obama infers that Pennsylvanians are racists. These facts about Obama and his devotion to Wright along with the insults directed at the good people of Pennsylvania will swing many Independents to McCain.Obama’s arrogance is repulsive; his judgment is worse.
Go Pennsylvania...tell it like it is.  Judgment...Obama lacks it. WSJNovember 2, 2008, 9:19 amNew Ads Focus on Obama’s Ties to Jeremiah WrightNick Timiraos reports from Canton, Ohio, on the presidential race. Rev. Jeremiah Wright re-entered the campaign conversation this weekend as two new ads — one by a Republican 527 group and the other by the Pennsylvania Republican Party — focused on Barack Obama’s former pastor.John McCain insisted that he would not use Wright’s more incendiary comments about race and American foreign policy in negative attacks, and until now, he has succeeded in keeping the Chicago cleric out of the campaign. “If you think you could ever vote for Barack Obama, consider this: Obama chose as his spiritual leader this man,” a narrator says before a picture of Wright flashes on the screen. The 30-second spot plays a series of controversial remarks by the pastor and describes Obama’s relationship with him. The ad asks: “Does that sound like someone who should be president?”In a statement to PolitickerPA.com, which reported the story, state party chair Robert Gleason Jr. defended the ad: “The media has allowed Barack Obama to escape public scrutiny on countless issues and has been silent on Obama’s connection with the Rev. Jeremiah Wright since the Primary Election. When Pennsylvanians vote for a president, they should have a full picture of that candidate’s character, including the people they chose to intimately align themselves with for many years.”Separately, an independently funded 527 group, the National Republican Trust PAC, said it had put $2.5 million into a Wright-themed ad running in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida, all key battleground states that McCain will likely need to win on Tuesday....the ad serves as a Wright highlight reel, and a voiceover in the ad says, “For 20 years, Obama never complained, until he ran for president.”America's RightUntil 2005, Obama communicated with Bill Ayers by e-mail and phone, despite Ayers reprehensible br

If you are an undecided voter or McCain supporter you should watch this video carefully. It may convince you that the best way to restore dignity to our political system is to vote for Barack Obama.

Time to play the race card again. When McCain gets desperate he'll try anything. No serious person believes that Obama endorses Wright's most extreme statements and he has specifically condemned them. It's time to stop this crap about Obama being unpatriotic and discuss real issues, like the fact that Mccain's closest economic adviser Phil Gramm and his wife Wendy Gramm are among the biggest villain in and profiteers from the deregulation that has caused our recent economic disasters and that the majority of real economists trust Obama more

Blog: The Pennsylvania Republicans' federal committee, which also sent out emails and mailings attacking Obama harshly on Israel, is up with an ad
The Pennsylvania GOP goes up with its own ad hitting Obama's association with Jeremiah Wright:We were unable to immediately confirm details of the buy. It's worth noting that the McCain campaign's claim that Pennsylvania is within reach -- and could be key to a McCain victory -- has prompted outside groups allied with McCain to really get serious about hosing down the state with slime. Most recently we had the Republican Jewish Coalition's flyer yesterday saying a vote for Obama could be a vote for a second Holocaust, and now today's Wright ad. More soon, we trust.
