I got the new camera today. It is a Canon PowerShot SX110 IS 9MP. I have not had time to mess with taking photos. I will do that soon. I just had to make a video with it. The following video was made with the SX110. I had it set for 640x480. The video is only 01:28 minutes in length. The file format was .AVI and the size was 140 MB. The video looks excellent. The sound is OK. I like the feel of the camera. I will mess with taking some photos soon. My concern about the video was the file size. It is rare I make a video that is less than 2 minutes. I can not say my name in less than two minutes. I added on a title and captions using AVS Video Editor 4. My fear was that when I saved the video it would be even larger than 140 MB. The file size was 17.8 MB and that was excellent. Here is the video:
