ht CSPAN JunkieOver the weekend, President Bush toured of the conflict theaters that have dominated his presidency.  An Iraqi journalist who had once been kidnapped by Shiite militia men threw his shoes at Bush during a press conference with the Iraq Prime Minister.   Bush had all kinds of yuks to offer following the incident:I don’t know what the guy said, but I saw his sole.”“All I can report is a size 10.”“Let me talk about the guy throwing his shoe. It’s one way to gain attention. It’s like going to a political rally and having people yell at you.
