By Dan Eggen It's that time of year again at the White House -- a national Christmas tree on the Ellipse, nonstop holiday events, and another corny video featuring Barney the first dog. The seventh and final installment of "Barney Cam" was unveiled today, bringing a close to an annual tradition in which President Bush's Scottish Terrier frolics with celebrities in a lighthearted video message. The video is available on the White House Web site. The White House has put together the "Barney Cam" videos each year since 2002, when the first version garnered some 24 million views on YouTube. Subsequent holiday messages have included appearances by former British prime minister Tony Blair, country singer Dolly Parton and others. This year's video features cameos by Olympic gold medalists Michael Phelps and Nastia Liukin, along with Bush; first lady Laura Bush; first daughters Barbara and Jenna; and Jenna's new husband,
