Hamas could raise hospitals, but chose to buy explosives and launch them. Hamas could raise decent infrastructures for its citizens, but chose to fire rockets at Israeli civilians from residential areas in Gaza. Hamas is an irresponsible extreme militant Islamic group and should not have any ability to shoot missiles.
