This is a nice calming talk like any monk could be expected to make you feel listening to him/her. However, on happiness, I've heard better talks by monks on the spiritual side, and psychologists on the scientific side. Matthieu combines the two, but seemingly not enough on either side so he does sound like a scientist trying to break down Buddhism spirituality rather than talking science or spirituality.

Sometimes called the "happiest man in the world," Matthieu Ricard is a Buddhist monk, author and photographer.
