It would be illegal for anyone in Baez’s employ to slander another attorney-especially the State Attorney.Since the State Attorney’s Office had faxed a letter claiming an anonymous person had initiated the investigation, Baez is retaliating by claiming that same office is trying to violate Casey Anthony’s Sixth Amendment Right to counsel of her choice.Timothy Chinaris, attorney for Baez, had written a letter to the bar back in November explaining the relationship of Baez’s Law Firm with Todd Black.
