Obama: Administration Will Increase Credit Availability In his newest YouTube address, President Obama announced that his administration will soon be rolling out a new set of policies for the financial system to ensure that credit finds its way to businesses and families, though no specific details have been announced just yet:"We'll help lower mortgage costs and extend loans to small businesses so they can create jobs," said Obama.
