Sunday: Power Sculpt level 2, ran 1 mile in about 9 minutes, walked 0.5 milesMonday: 17 minutes - CardioMax; lots of walking Tuesday: RestedWednesday: I ran to class because I was running late. I need to plan out my time better, but at least I got my exercise for the day!Thursday: Rested. Wednesdays and Thursdays almost seem too busy to work out since there are too many classes on these days, so I’m gonna try to finish more homework earlier in the week so I will have time on these days. Friday: Ran 2 miles in 18 min 46 sec! Walked: 0.5 miles. Yay! I’m getting in shape! Gradually.Saturday: Rested (I had work from 0600 to 1700, so I was exhausted)
