How can there be any debate unless you were just born or yer fucking stupid as Fuck ! Says Clark Higgins; "the Whole thing about Rap music and MTV TODAY,...IS MTV SUCKS,...today's music industry Sucks,..today's music sucks,..EVERYTHING ABOUT TODAY'S WORLD SUCKS - FUCKING SUCKS ! Greenhouse Effect is So big on the internet because we are real music and people can see that - we are not some Lame hip hop that yells into a microphone; WE PLAY REAL ROCK INSTRUMENTS,..Its very refreshing to people in 2009 ! From London to Paris to Tokyo Japan and beyond, there is no bigger and more seen band on the internet than G.e. Guitarist Phil Keegan (Dr. Phil) leads the way as this powerful three piece band put on a razor tight loud performance night after night in the late 1980's as they never disappointed,...all the while 'inventing' the grunge rock sound that would later be made popular in the 90's by bands like Nirvana and Soundgarden and Alice in chains. The 'too ahead of their time' Greenhouse Effect are 're-educating' millions of new fans at Googlevideo.com with their educational reaction-arty 'revolutionary rock' that really 'started it all' deep in the central 80's. Los Angeles / South bay drummer blonde haired Clark Hagins looked more like a surfer straight off Burn out beach in Redondo but when he grabbed the drum sticks, he and Keegan led the 'grunge rock' charge along with hard thumping bassist Ric "Ted" Carmody - later of the South Bay's One Handed Readers band fame,....G.e. would go on in late 1990 and bizarrely turn into the 'three piece Nirvana styled' flannel rock band that headlined shows around the South Bay playing classic songs like "Ben is dead" and "Star" and the painfully brilliant 'Hey Negrita" all off the masterpiece February 1991 grunge anthem 'Going Legit' album nearly one year before Seattle hit it big...
Today, Higgins cleans swimming pools and looks back at G.e. bitterly; "What can i say,...Ted walked away from me in 92' and that was the end,..that was it" the millions of downloads and loads of respect world wide for G.e. does not phase the now 44 year old Higgins; "I'm a fucking pool cleaner,..ya wanna know anything else ??" - TMZ
