This is one of my favourite shorts of all time. It’s from a few years ago - 2004 - but I noticed on NOTCOT that the full thing has been put up on Vimeo. And what a beautiful thing that is… Directed by Australian Daniel Askill, “We Have Decided Not To Die” is wordless and visually stunning. It’s austere and stark and one of my favourite things ever. I’m so pumped that I found it online, and that you can all check it out too now: If patience isn’t your thing, or, like me, you just like to watch trailers for things you’ve just watched to see how they match up with the complete product, then check out the film’s equally awesome trailer.
