This video has a special meaning for me. I live in New York and I am very appalled at the new tax increases Governor Paterson is charging average New Yorkers. Yes, we have a budget deficit and we all need to chip in and make an effort to bring it down. Yet when it was proposed that some of the more wealthier New York's pay a little extra that proposal was smacked down. Not just by the governor but by the mayor as well (who happens to be a billionaire many times over). No the only ones the new taxes are geared to impact is the working class and the poor. Enough! The mentality of let the little person pay for it has got to come to an end. I will be posted more about how to join up for protest and signing petition from the various organization that think its time our politicians start changing how they operate.
