Why is this moron on TV? I mean, really? Why? He's wrong MORE THAN 50% of the time, so he's of NO USE market wise, so what's the point of allowing him to have his on show on a financial network. A fringe lunatic who's inciting violence and hatred every time he opens his mouth on his Fox "news" hate-fest of a program? I guess just because someone's an outright racist, doesn't mean he's not a nice guy, huh Jimmy? From TVNewser (via HuffPo):Today on "Street Signs," CNBC "Mad Money" host Jim Cramer discussed the recent advertiser withdrawal from Glenn Beck's show and other opinion programs. Cramer mostly talked about Unilever's advertising strategy during the time period and how the boycott would not affect Newscorp, but he also added, "I used to follow Glenn Beck when I had a radio show. He's a nice guy--Philadelphia--and I've been on his show. You know - I think they all come back in the end." Cramer's guest flight attendant, Erin Burnett, joined in the idiocy by declaring "may have interpreted that Glenn Beck called the President racist" ? Uh. No you fucking twit. It wasn't an interpretation. He DID call him a racist. They pay you uys for this shit? Really? The war is really on. I don't see Jim Cramer winning this war. No matter how he tries to pretend his analysis was not false. Video is forever and what you say can haunt you. Jon Stewart is sticking it to him royally. I'm loving it since it plays into my a feelings that the stock market is acting like children having a tantrum since the new president will not make recovery all about them. Loving it.
When will guys like Cramer realize that they can't win against Stewart. First off, it's not a fair fight, since Stewart's job doesn't require him to make ridiculous, unintelligible predictions. Secondly, though, I think that Stewart is legitimately smarter than these guys, or at least smart enough to take them on on their turf.
