Here is a workout you can do with minimal equipment in the meantime: Workout of the Day Tabata push-ups Rest 2 minutes Tabata squatsTabata: 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat 8 times, for a total of 4 minutes for each exercise. Your score is the lowest number of reps in any round, so the goal is to stay consistant (for example if you got 5-5-6-7-4-7-6-6 push-ups, your score is 4).
