I know a lot of people who have changed from no-follow to do-follow to good effect. As long as you have a good spam filter you should catch all the rubbish, especially from blog spamming.

I wanted to tell you that I don’t have anything to bitch about I could mention that Time Warner San Antonio customer service is the worse. I could mention that when I call my hosting provider at night I can’t understand the person because their English is terrible but I won’t . But I will do my best to try to be happy no matter what happens. Last night I was thinking that I may be running out of gas on things to write.
