Pedophiles are great manipulators and their main focus is to keep the FOCUS off of them all the while they are sexually abusing the children. This creep was laughing the whole time at this Judge while he was sexually abusing his daughter. The Judge was nothing but a Joke to him. This Judge was a complete idiot for not trusting or listening to what the child reported. There are many more Judges just like this one, nothing special about them, less than average, lacks common sense, and worst of all does not belive the children.
