Britian's Daniel Hannan confronts Gordon Brown on the state of economy and government spending.

Perhaps the conservative movement could persuade Daniel Hannan to run against Obama in 2012, seeing that we, as a country, have relaxed the citizen requirement for a candidate, and since we seem to be a little short on candidates that would have even a fraction of the testosterone to say the things he says.
God help us!

If only I could walk-up to Presiden Obama and say these things–if not me, then someone else.

We don’t do a lot of politics here, but every now and then a voice of reason appears on the scene and to ignore it would be a sin. He could just as well be speaking to the U.S. Congress and President.Here it is:Can we spend our way out of this mess?  Can we borrow our way out of this mess?Can we regulate our way out of this mess?
