Adam and Eve is a myth story plagiarized from the Sumerian People. God did not ordain Civil Marriage! Marriage is a Pagan practice invented by the Pagan people for the purpose of civil law to legally recognized heir and property rights. The Church didn't adopt the practice until much MUCH later, it's not a church invention! Voter's can not vote to take away people's civil rights. They are wrong! The courts DO HAVE THE POWER to repeal 8 under those grounds that it is unconstitutional and targets a California citizens right to equal protection of the law. Bigots can not and should not be allowed to target the Gay Community to satisfy their religious hate toward Gay People.

Those people say this is not about Hate, but IT IS! They use biblical law to claim marriage is ordained by their "god", and they're bible also allegedly tells them to KILL GAY PEOPLE! That is HATE PEOPLE! There bible tells them ti kill gay people, and this is just a step closer to making it easier for them to take on those tasks.

The courts have every constitutional right to revoke this kind of hate, and in fact the court has a responsibility to revoke it regardless of their dogmatic believes.
