I never saw Borat. I suspect that that's the event (or lack of one) that finally proved that I was an adult. When I see it on DVD that will be the event that proves that I'm not an adult after all. But I think I'd rather see Bruno...
Bruno is Sacha Baron Cohen's (you know, that guy who plays Borat) latest character to get a movie treatment. The film is slated for a July 10th release.
Ahh, well doesn't this look like a hysterical followup to genius, Sasha Baron Cohen's Borat. His well known characters that originated from the Ali G Show are all hilarious and audacious. I'm looking forward to this, and I couldn't keep myself from laughing during this red band trailer (even though I'm in a library at this moment). Bravo, Mr. Cohen. Bravo.
There's already controversy for this upcoming mockumentary. It was sent to the MPAA, which gave it the rating of NC-17. So cinematic release will be heavily edited, but I just hope to God the humor isn't drastically hindered by these changes.
