Twitter Music; "The Rock Opera White Suburban Liar$" was originally released by Greenhouse Effect on December 5, 1995 at Goboy Records Store in Redondo Beach, California - long after the band had officially disbanded (Long time bassist Rick Carmody had left the group in 1992 to pursue other interests)....after Carmody's departure, Greenhouse Effect did not continue for long as Clark Hagins tried to make a go of it with Denmark drummer Palle Carlson and bassist Marky Nathanson as the project's name was officially changed to "Fountain" in 1993 due to a huge controversy involving G.e. and Los Angeles Magazine Bam,...January 1993 would officially mark the end of Clark Hagins music career and one final failure of a performance at Bogart's in Long Beach California. Unable to ever achieve a recording contract , a frustrated Hagins turned to Swimming Pool Cleaning in 1996 instead of a return to music [which did not pay the bills). Today, in quite a different musical time, and with rock and pop music in a sorry silly state, Greenhouse Effect music suddenly lives quite well across the world in cyberspace in 2007,8, and 9 and the internet's 'video boom"...
