This is purely for nostalgic purposes. Eve is my favorite post-Lauryn Hill female MC. I remember listening to this joint in junior high and remembering how ill I thought the beat was. I can't lie, I never really listened to what she was saying on this track until recently. I was too caught up admiring how she looked in that throwback Sixers dress. At least I'm honest.
