Anyway...it's one of those pictures that speaks 1,000 words, rather 2,974 words. And yes, the Bamster let the Andromeda Strain* out of the bag. He's using half the memos regarding interrogation (leaving out the positive results part of the memo collection) to 1.) Set up the old administration for prosecution or at least garnering political and public support for destroying the former administrations' lives and 2.)
