Well obviously I do not know how this forrum works and is lacking critical information. I am sorry for this. Our Police officials need to be respectful of family memebers, especially medical professionals being remanded for going over the speed limit as we live in the high desert without closeby emergency services on weekends. I most assuredly hope an attorney sees this and calls or helps me to go for the quick of the nails of this officer who's last name I have witheld. I want my mother to own his house, cars boats, recreational vehicles, retirement pension and anything he would as an young officer ever own or earn. I mean it.!!! Was given ticket for driving my mother to hospital durring catastrophic stroke. Stopped by NM County sherrif patrol. Would not ;let me proceed to hosp durring crittical 3 hr period to get injection to stop stroke sympmptoms. This was Easter Sunday 09. Asked for and got a reconveyance of court date the very next day. Since then, no phone calls to the court or fro the court, nor mail from the court have require me to come forth for a date to proceeede for the ticet speeding on hwy 550 to I-25 south to Lovelace hospital. Mother has now suffere greatly with left sided stroke comlpetely ruining her speech, and motor movement of afected side without reason, ticket date reposal, nor any attention whatsoever from the courts. I have spent countless dollars calling long distance weekly to the district court of Sandoival Coutnty, where I was to be heard in retobution against the offending unknowledgeable officer Nick, who stopped me at the Family Dolla Store in San Ysidro NM, on my way to hosital (Lovelace neurological and cardiac unit)....he stoppped me to the point that the time taken wasted the time I had to get mother to the ER to get the injection to reverse the stroke. Sandoval County Sherrifs oiffice either remanding me to custody nor asking me to forgive them. They are ignoring the process completely.
