This 1976 video follows founding members of Greenpeace as they try to stop the barbaric Canadian Harp Seal slaughter off Newfoundland. This video illustrates the collusion of the Canadian Government with Norwegian fur trade interests. The Norwegians have also been big players in the whaling industry and in the extermination of the cod stocks and more recently are playing a huge part in ravaging British Columbia's Wild Coastal Salmon runs with their Norwegian owned open net fish farms. The Canadian DFO Department of Fisheries and Norway and Japan have done more to destroy food, harm humans, hurt their countries, and citizens than many other groups on the planet.
