The use of teams at workplace can only be beneficial when team leaders and team members are able to capitalize on the benefits of teamworks. Otherwise, the use of teams will only slow down progress, waste time, decrease employees’ morale and create unhealthy conflicts.To take advantages of the use of teams, companies need to train their managers, supervisors and team-leaders. This is the reason why managers and executives of leading companies, such as TOYOTA, ILA Vietnam, Crown Saigon, Big C, Phu Thai Group and Poh Huat attended Teamwork & Teambuilding Skills that was organized by SPECTRA on 8 & 9 May 2009 in Ho Chi Minh City.  In this workshop, participants learnt how to develop high performing team by developing positive team norms and culture, growing team commitment, overcoming social loafing, developing cohesiveness, make group decision making and resolve conflicts.  All of the training participants have commented positively about this workshop as they found the workshop relevant to their daily works.
