Females: 5000 lb (2268 kg) ground to overhead Options: 45 kg x 50 reps 39 kg x 59 reps 30 kg x 77 reps 25 kg x 91 reps
Beginner: 2500 lb (1136 kg) ground to overhead
Options: 24.5 kg x 46 reps 19.5 kg x 58 reps 15.5 kg x 73 reps 12.5 x 91 reps
Intermediate: 3500 lb (1587.5 kg) ground to overhead Options: 33 kg x 48 reps 27.5 kg x 58 reps 21.5 kg x 74 reps 17.5 x 91 reps
