The Onion News Network covers a fire that burned down an NYU dorm. The twitter updates had me in stitches. HAHA I love it!

As a member of Generation-Y (Y as in "Y does this generation suck so much?"), I have to say, this video from the Onion News Network zings us beautifully. An entire generation hasn't been this zinged since Laugh-In's famous Hippies are a Weird and Groovy Bunch sketch (it just consisted of Goldie Hawn yelling that phrase over and over again for twenty-three seconds and then dancing for thirty-four seconds, so pretty much brilliant satire). Police Slog Through 40,000 Insipid Party Pics To Find Cause Of Dorm FireMan, we love taking pictures of ourselves, but it's not narcisistic. We're just doing it so that Vice's Do's and Don'ts will continue to have material, because we don't have the heart to tell Vice Magazine it's no longer relevant. Zing! A counter-culture publication hasn't been this zinged since Zap Comix was described as "a weird and groovy magazine" by Richard Nixon (he repeated that line for fifty-seven seconds and then mopped up his sweat for three hours and twenty-two minutes).
