My family is going through a much more terrible version of the same thing, since 2004 to be more precise.Seems we are still under English Law.As soon as I contacted the govenors office,They changed the "family plan" from reunification to adoption.They dont like to be investigated it would seem, even though they claim " It happens all the time" that bieng complaints to ombudsmans office....And they stae that the changed had "Nothing to do with the complaint" < From Katara Butler Superviser at that time.
