Maggie sent me this link earlier tonight and I thought this talk was encouraging and funny and convicting all at once. It's definitely worth sharing and totally has elements of truth.

For the single gals out there who may find themselves frustrated by the dating realm, prepare for a large "Amen" at 37:45. It made me laugh, nod emphatically and say, "Get on with it, preacher!" out loud in my living room.

It doesn't speak only to and about men, though. The rest of it that talks to the women is pretty fantastic, too. It was encouraging and made me think about my own character issues. Great food for thought.
