Aside from the expected accusations of "legislating from the bench" and being a "judicial activist", he's also labeled her, multiple times, a racist. Her comments about being a Latina women making better decisions than white men is undoubtedly regrettable. But taken in there context, including reading her judicial opinions, there is no reasonable way to conclude that she isn't a "fair and balanced" jurist.
