The enemies are repetitive and your tactics against them never change. Find cover and shoot. Do this tactic on the streets of Los Angeles, subways, inside of buildings, and a factory. The cut-scenes are dry with stiff animation. Half the time the camera is so far back from the characters that you can't even tell who's talking.
