Race is a construct. Granted. But if the white mainstream starts the term racism for Turkish Kurdish or even people from Russia who suffer from discrimination then there is no empowerment left in Anti-Racism. It is again the white Mainstream that in repositioning itself has found a way to modernize structural exclusion of Black People from access to Academic positions, Publication possibilities and the money that is connected to it. Since the Black Community has worked on its topics as a means for survival they are the experts on these topics. How can it be that white people now determine the canon of publication with works on Racism and language (Rassismus und Sprache)? Exactly the same is happening in the giving out of funds for projects.
White NGO´s get the money for projects that have been done in years of unfinanced work by the black community. Now Black Topics after OBAMA have become hip. Black Topics need to be organized by Black People. Not to exclude the White Mainstream. On the Contrary. But to make sure that Black structures and Black Perspectives find inclusion in the democratic frame of Black People being a part of Germany and getting back part of their taxes as well.
White people who are really conscious recognize that Black People still have a far higher rate of not getting jobs according to their qualifications. They have to step back and operate in the background if it really is their agenda to work for change and not just to use black topics to make a step forward in their careers or in the struggle for project money ...

DEUTSCHLAND has a new Trend Critical Whiteness Studies.
Positive: For the 1st time White People in Germany reflect their own "Colour".
Negative: For almost 30 years the Black Community in Germany has fought to introduce Black Topics into the curriculum of education in Germany. Now White individuals and institutions have found a way to adopt black topics and take over the control.
All of a sudden Black History Month Berlin is organized by Institute for Cultural Diplomacy and is even financed by the Office for political Education of the German Government, where as Black Applications for the same money are turned down.
Humbold University Berlin installs a Symposium on Racism. And Black People who are asked to participate should do so without asking for being paid. This is ridiculous.
And all the major responsibility is in the Hand of white people. So even in this important topic it is white perspectives that are being reinstalled over and over again. How can white people access the Black networks that have been installed from the outside.
Black People find themselves in the position that they may now participate or see all of their topics completely ruled by white mainstream. Well – so the organizer take some Black People offer them fame and a little money to represent “community”. And they even put out the argument that it´s for the community. Why does this sound so familiar?
Just Imagine a Feminist Symposium being led by males. In the end its all a question of resources. If Black people do not get the money to organize these forums then this is part of German Structural Racism and institutionalized discrimination. In Germany we observe an inflationary use of the Term racism.
