In April 2007 William Trubridge set a new world record in Unassisted Freediving, descending to 82 meters (269 feet) and returning without the use of fins or any other assistance.This is the official video of the world record, presented by Vertical Blue. The dive took place at Deans Blue Hole, Bahamas, which at 203m (660 feet) is the deepest blue hole in the world. The video uses music from the Gladiator soundtrack as well as Solar Stone by Seven Cities.
