It's not a crime to hate. You can't put someone in jail for being a racist. We all know that just because half of America voted for a black president, that there were still racists who hate out there. And there are blacks who hate whites out there also. Just look at the guy from Buffalo. And no one is saying a word about him. It isn't even being treated as a hate crime.
