Mika attempted to clean up her referene when she made the statement of "real Americans," but it was too late. She meant what every other ass hole that's made that comment (think Palin) was referring too. She was not talking about the media. The bottom line still remains the same, that if you don't live in rural USA you are not an American. You're something else. Such as an "Other," or "un-American," or a damn "Alien."
