Taken from the documentary Playing for Change: Peace Through Music, this five-minute rendition of Bob Marley’s classic “One Love” starts with Roberto Luti in Livorno, Italy, and moves to musicians all over the globe—Nepal, Israel, South Africa, India, France, the Congo—with each artist putting their own unique spin on the song. Filmmaker Mark Johnson, creator of Playing for Change, says the idea was “born out of the idea that we have to inspire each other, to come together as a human race, and that music is the best way to do this.”
