Kudos to Mr. Alford! I am sick and tired of elitist liberals who believe they "know what black people think" or should think. Since when did being African American become synonymous with being a liberal Democrat or being brain dead and incapable of thinking independently? As an African American I am proud of Mr. Alford for reasons other than those suggested by Senator Boxer: I'm proud that he called her out and exposed her condescending, bigoted paradigm she attempted to force onto Mr. Alford.

Dems are definitely following a god-awful road. They do want leaders to put their diverse views aside and join the sheep herd by using inclusivity and diversity as buzzword tools to plant conformity disguised as 'consensus'. Liberals and Dems are 'the system', the 'establishment', the 'elite', and Alford handled the discussion like an honest independent-thinking 'counter-revolutionary' who throws truth out in the open.

Extremely well said. Barbara Boxer among many others are undercover racists, but racists no less and I commend Mr. Alford for bringing her to task on her bigotry. Of course, from what I am reading here, Boxer's condescending bigotry is over the heads of many of my brothers and sisters. PLEASE WAKE UP!!!

I would like to remind Mr. Alford that no one speaks for the entire African-American community. For him to exclude the opinion of a member of the NAACP and 100 Black Men of Atlanta is not only wrong, but absurd. Senator Boxer points out that Exxon-Mobil was an initial sponsor of Mr. Alford's program, as an African-American that makes me VERY suspicious of Mr. Alford's concern for the environment.

Harry C. Alford plays the race card here in questioning by Barbara Boxer.

Our boy Harry wears his victim card very well here.

You see, Harry is a self identified black Republican.

Clearly the brother, didn't understand the question. She should have used Ebonics instead. Their only mistake was letting him inside the building. "I'm a property owner and I pay taxes". Whup-Dee-Doo! That gave him ground to be an asshole? I think his pissed for not being white. A veteran? Of what?
The Democratic Party has re-written history, lied to and convinced African Americans among others that the Republican Party is the party of racists which is why I so often feel it necessary to counter that fallacy by exposing racist Democrats, their history and views. I have a joke which actually isn’t a joke at all, but [...]

Why is it that some, not all, but some black people can’t listen to the message? In this case, it is very apparent that Senator Boxer eloquently stated a relevant case to support Harry Hot Head. She stayed the course while the erratic Harry Alford went off topic and made it a racial. She started with a genuine polite demeanor and ended with same. Have you noticed that black people tend to have a heightened sense of persecution and readiness? When some blacks panic, it usually results in playing the race card. In this case he couldn’t get back on track and apparently missed the whole point and purpose of being there so he panicked. Then Alford tried to trump the conversation with that miserable race card tactic which obviously didn’t go well. I can see he continued to become even more defensive, combative and belligerent because of his own stupidity.

He made a complete ass of himself. He’s just another loud mouth Al Sharpton. That’s all we need this world needs is another nonsensical jackass with a microphone.
