Oh my goodness! Why is she mistreating this child? Someone please help that baby!

The mother in the video is Tiffany Dixon(Dixon is her maiden name) she works at Costco in Detroit in the finance department and she is a student at Wayne State. She is seperated from childs father. I contacted childrens services in Detroit and unfortunately the video link that I gave them www.YouTube.com/watch?v=vbbaiqse49l has someone talking over it so the person I spoke with claims there isn't anything they can do without her address or seeing all three videos where they can hear the verbal abuse, otherwise they are just viewing this as "a child who doesn't want to get her hair done". I asked the lady if she saw someone doing a dog like this would she have a problem with it? She had no response and suggested that I contacted the St.Clair Shores Police Department in Michigan and all I got was a recorded message. But if there is anyone who knows where Tiffany(the woman "doing the childs hair" or Temperance the person recording the abuse, she formally attended East Warren High School) please speack up and contact the local authorities. And if you have the original three videos please send a copy as well. She wasn't even styling her childs hair this was for their amusement only!

Was all that cursing at that child really necessary
