My avi is in SL as a grey figure but I cannot control it or log on. I get message unavailable and logging off. For the Past WEEK

I have not been able to get Gena Danick for the past week yet she shows to be on. Im unable not to get my other avi's on Josey Parkin. Angie Francois, and Bikergirl Zarco. Also East Shilling's profile and picks has been wiped clean.
