You don't have to do any math to know this is complete bull. Life expectancy is an average, not a total. It doesn't matter how many people you have. If you ten times as many people, yes, you may have ten times as many accidents, but you also should have ten times as many positive outcomes such as centigenarians or amazing health miricles. Bill is either a complete idiot or is blatently trying to confuse the subject. I could go either way on this one.
