How many people would take the time and the effort to do this for an abandoned baby bird? I hope "Jay" continues to return periodically and re-affirm his friendship with the people who saved his life. He'a a wild bird, and did their best to enable him to live a "normal", wild life, but within his limited little "bird-brain" now, they're his parents. Maybe he'll bring his own hatchlings to visit in time, and to grab a snack and a bath in his original "nest"
