Thank You Maxine Waters. Thats exactly what I've been going through with J P Morgan Chase for 10 months. I had a trial modification for 3 months that ended in Julo 2009. Now they just want me to send the same amount with no documentation from them on if They qualify me for a Modification of if they deny me. Ive had no other choice but to put my home up for a short sale. I'm sure they will deny that or let that hang in limbo also. After 15 years in this house, I can't believe this is happening in America. I can't believe the disrespect to home owners or the President of the United States of America, by these banking institutions. They need to be prosicuted and not allowed to do business in the USA ever again!!!! My heartach and tears will go away but the new holocost caused by banking institutions in America done to the American people will NEVER be forgotten!! Sincerely,
