Just use a more full featured viewer like the emerald greenlife viewer. Then you will see a "worn" tab on the inventory window that you can access by a simple click. There is no need to awkwardly type "(worn" into a search box for such a common use case. What a usability nightmare! That such a misfeature was allowed to persist for years is an software development embarassment.
Used 'worn' for years. What would really help in the inventory is a picture of the item instantly ie you don't have to open it separately. So you can see the item before you wear it. I have too many items that I have to wear to realise it's not what I wanted in the first place. I can create pictures of my items but not only would that cost $10L per go but I'd still have to open the picture separately.

Yes, Yes, Yes, a picture of inventory item. Some clothing has it but not all. Would greatly help if when buying clothing this occurred automatically. Thank you

I have the Emerald viewer as well and it´s one of the most advanced viewers along with the Snowglobe viewer. You can also search your Inventory by Creators, which is one really handy feature!
