When all of these instances are shown individually they appear to be random, isolated incidents. When they are compiled together on one video like this, it is easy to see what the culture in our police precincts has become. While many cops are good cops, it is very easy for anyone to become corrupted by the power that they have. When you put bullies and those with a mean streak in uniform you get abusive cops who will trample on our rights because they think they can get away with it. I hope and pray people will wake up to this and start demanding accountability in law enforcement.
