The Biggest Party of the Summer wouldnt be complete without the beautiful WWE Divas. Recognizing the appeal of a scintillating showdown, Raw General Manager William Regal conferred with his colleagues from SmackDown and ECW and arranged for a Battle Royal among all WWE Divas at SummerSlam. The winner of the match will get an opportunity to challenge Candice Michelle for the Womens Championship. The Battle Royal could represent a big break for newcomers like Beth Phoenix, who is anxious to make an impact in WWE and Divas like Jillian, Michelle McCool, or the ladies of Extreme Exposé¬ who have not had an opportunity at the Womens Championship. The match also signifies the prospect of redemption for former Womens Champions such as Melina, Victoria and Mickie James. Candice was on Summerslam tonight for the WWE Divas Battle Royal watching from ringside in her red outfit sitting on a perch. The winner in the end came down to Beth and Michelle as Beth then won the match. She stood up on the turnbuckle staring down at Candice who glared back from ringside.
