Trainer Struggles to Lose Weight @ Yahoo! Video This is encouraging and discouraging at the same time. I really appreciate his desire to empathize and the sacrifice of having to eat all that food and become addicted to sugar and fat. I wish him the best as he struggles to return to his former self. Six weeks of working out and he's only lost ten pounds (and he has a young man's metabolism.) The nipple piercing is a little gross though, but I'm old and certainly no gym rat.
